Application Field and Working Principle

This DC/DC switchmode regulator series is ideally suited for a wide range of 8-32V input voltage applications in which a variable or fixed output voltage of up to 2200V is required. It is suitable for powering high-voltage loads, generating supply for battery charging, defining a required output voltage, or providing wide-range, variable-voltage supplies. The MIC4950YFM-T5 is composed of a low-noise oscillator, internal switch, and control circuits.
