The MIC5014BN is a pulse-width-modulated, monolithic, low-side and high-side gate driver integrated circuit (IC) designed for power management applications. It has a typical output on-resistance of 500Ω and can drive N-channel MOSFETs with up to 20A peak. It is an ideal solution for motor control, current management, and other power management applications.
The MIC5014BN is well suited for power management applications because of its low output on-resistance, wide operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, low power consumption, and wide supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V.
