:MIC5203-2.6BM4 TR is a linear voltage regulator from the family of PMIC, Voltage Regulators, Linear. During a reset event, it provides an efficient, small and low cost solution to provide the proper voltage input required by digital circuits or analog circuits.
MIC5203-2.6BM4 TR is designed to operate with a 1V to 17V input voltage range with an output voltage range of 1.2V to 16V depending on the output current. It is capable of sourcing up to 1.5A and up to 2A when the output voltage is below 2V. The thermal shutdown temperature is 175°C.
