The MIC5271YM5-TR is a linear voltage regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage within a range of 1.25V to 15V. Its working principle is based on the voltage regulation principle, where the output voltage of the device is maintained at a preset level despite the variations in the load or input voltages. The voltage regulation is achieved by a negative feedback loop. A feedback resistor is connected between the output voltage and the error amplifier.
