MIC811MU TR is a three pin general purpose reset circuit package in the form of SOT-23-5 produced by Micrel Semiconductor Corporation. This device is a part of the Supervisors product family and is used for early reset warning, to reset the system in case of over-current activity, or as a reset watchdog. It is a versatile system for monitoring and control, suitable for a wide range of systems, including those requiring high power management, or those requiring precision voltage monitoring.

The MIC811MU TR integrates 2.25V to 5.5V DC supply voltage with an over-voltage reset designed at 3.2V. It offers two independent power-on reset (POR) lengths: short output pulse, and long output pulse. The short pulse is designed to assure that the power supply has works over the ideal voltage and ensures that the system is capable of resetting. The long pulse output is designed to reset and reset the system or the IC in case of an over-current activity.
