There is also a built-in ohmic resistance, and the size of this component is usually very small compared to the capacitance of the device and contributes to the stability of the electric current in the circuit. The temperature coefficient of the MLP561M300EB0A is generally -30 PPM/℃ from 0 to 70℃.
