The MMBD1404A diode is a quad surface mount Schottky diode array mainly used for rectification applications on circuit boards. It was designed in a very small format making it ideal for densely populated boards with tight space constraints. Due to its low forward voltage drop, the MMBD1404A also has a very fast switching speed which makes it ideal for high frequency rectification.
