The MMBD914-TP is a single, surface mount rectifier diodes in a very small SOD-323 package designed for applications requiring the highest density, power or performance. It is the smallest package size of any Schottky rectifier in the world, making it ideal for small, battery-operated and hand-held applications in which board space is scarce. The MMBD914-TP is available in the standard commercial and automotive temperature ranges, offering power-dissipation ratings up to 1.5 W. The MMBD914-TP features extremely low forward voltage drop and fast reverse recovery time, making it suitable for low-voltage and high speed rectification applications.

Working Principle
