It has an integrated Hybrid Type 3V2A Linear Regulator and an 2.5V regulators applying a PMOS for the load supply. The MN1382SPP contains various functions to achieve high efficiency, such as an output voltage sense pin, an output voltage trim pin, an on/off input pin, a power-on reset pin, a differential power-on reset pins, a latching circuit, temperature sensing and a power-ON detection output.
