The MP1907GQ-Z is a cutting-edge gate driver intended for use in power management applications. It is a single-channel device with a wide set of unique features. The MP1907GQ-Z includes an integrated gate driver amplifier, a high-side and low- side driver with built-in distortion detection and clamp circuitry and a high-side and low-side supply rail for driving discrete power MOSFETs. It features a low-inrush current, peak current mode that makes it ideal for synchronous buck applications where current peak and other transient protections are required. Additionally, it provides programmable deadTime for improved noise reductions and superior motor control.

It supports PWM in-rush current control, provides adjustable under-voltage Lockout and has a latch-reset feature that allows the gate driver to automatically reset when a power source failure occurs. It also includes an over-temperature protection circuit, a global fault detection circuit and a software controlled power shut-down function.
