The MP6507GQ-Z is a Pulse Motor Driver Controller, which is designed for driving 3-phase Brush DC Motor Applications. It has a configurable switching frequency from 5KHz to 20KHz and is able to operate from 4.5V to 16V. The MP6507GQ-Z uses a dedicated PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) logic to drive the Motor and it also has 4 pins for controlling the direction of the Motor.

Working Principle:

The MP6507GQ-Z operates on a basic principle of current controlling the speed of the Motor. The four switching I/O pins control the direction of the Motor, while the switching frequency determines the speed of the Motor. The frequency of the PWM signal generated by the MP6507GQ-Z can be adjusted to control the Motor speed.

The MP6507GQ-Z has two power input pins. The first pin is the +VE input which supplies the Voltage required to drive the Motor. The other pin is the GND pin which completes the power path.
