The Multi-Time family of memory technologies is based upon the use of four simultaneous operations to perform high-speed serial data transfers across multiple buses. The device is manufactured using a 0.13um NAND process technology and can operate at clock frequencies up to 200MHz.

The MT25QU01GBBB8ESF-0SIT TR is designed to provide high-speed read/write performance for applications such as secure digital applications, embedded memory, mobile memory and SSDs. It supports multiple I/O protocols, including Quad SPI and Multi I/O.
