MUR115RLG is a high performance, high input voltage Schottky diode rectifier with low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics. It is widely used in Power Line applications, including PFC (Power Factor Correction) and in automotive, computing, and communication systems.The MUR115RLG is a single rectifier that is designed with a low forward voltage drop and fast switching times. It is a high input voltage rectifier that can handle up to 50 V with a maximum surge forward current of 2.7 amperes. It has a maximum operating temperature of 125 degrees Celsius and is rated for operating between -65 to +125 degrees Celsius.The MUR115RLG is designed with a double diffused metal oxide semiconductor (DMOS) structure and a unique dual active spot welder technology that makes it extremely robust and reliable. This robust construction is achieved by utilizing a double layer of metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) chips, resulting in a reduction of reverse leakage current and an increase in power efficiency.The MUR115RLG has a lower turn-on resistance compared to other rectifier products and provides a faster switching time which allows for more efficient power delivery.
