MURD330T4G are single diodes rectifiers often used in a variety of applications. These components are widely used to create high-frequency modulation, conversion, pitchcontrol, power supply design, and in some radar applications. They provide excellent performance in these applications due to their capabilities to accurately switch small or large signals with a wide voltage range.

The MURD330T4G contains four terminals, two cathodes, two anodes and a gate. The two anode terminals are labeled “A” and “B” while the two cathode terminals are labeled “K” and “K”. In normal operation, the A/B terminals will be connected to the power source while the K/K terminals are connected to a load, such as a circuit board. The gate terminal is used to control the switch on and off and can be activated by either a DC or AC signal.

The working principle of the MURD330T4G is quite simple. When the gate terminal is connected to the power source and current is applied, the MURD330T4G will switch on, allowing current to flow from the A/B terminals to the K/K terminals. When the gate current is removed, the MURD330T4G will switch off and current will be blocked from flowing from the A/B terminals to the K/K terminals. The switching time of the MURD330T4G is extremely fast, typically in the nanosecond range.
