TVS - Diodes are used to protect electrical and electronic circuits from the impact of contact charging, discharging, lightning, induced currents, static charges and other overvoltage transient events. The MXL15KP30CAE3 is a unidirectional, bidirectional or common mode protective devices that clamp peak voltages to a predetermined value, dependent on device technology.
