The NB2304AC2D is a high-performance clock and timing generator integrated circuit (IC). Tilted Chirp Frequency Modulation (TCFM) is the basis of the operation for the NB2304AC2D. With this technology, the IC generates a modulated reference clock signal which can be used to synthesize a range of different clock frequencies, pulse widths and edges. The device is designed for highly accurate timing and frequency control with an accuracy of less than +/- 10 parts per million (ppm) over the full frequency range from 8 KHz to 400 MHz.
