The NCP3120QPBCKGEVB is a precision, low noise, high speed and high efficiency integrated buck converter used for an array of applications. This integrated buck converter is based on the NCP3120, a high performance voltage mode synchronous buck converter controller IC with two low-noise PWM channels and Active Skip mode. The Active Skip mode enables the NCP3120 to limit the number of power stages, thereby improving efficiency and reducing power losses.

The integrated NCP3120QPBCKGEVB converter features a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 25V, a regulated output voltage range of 0.6V to 15V, and a peak current capability of up to 6A. The output voltage can be regulated by adjusting the switching frequency and power MOSFET control.
