NCP360MUTXG is a highly efficient Mixed Technology Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to protect a variety of electronic devices from overvoltage and ESD, including capacitors, signal switches, resistors and other components. It is offered in a variety of packages, including SOT23 and SMT.

The TVS is composed of a diodes-counted, high-current transient voltage suppressor connected in series with a bi-directional protection element that is designed to minimize instantaneous overshoot, even during overload conditions.
