NCP600SN250T1G is an advanced low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It is designed to provide ultra-low dropout voltage, small footprint and specified high current output in a tiny 1.6mm x 1.7mm NSOIC-8 package.

Working Principle

NCP600SN250T1G regulates the output voltage using a linear regulator that works by using a differential amplifier and a series pass element.
