NCV1009D is a precision 3-terminal low dropout voltage regulator family suitable for applications such as DVRs, cell phone chargers and industrial control circuits. This device allows for a precise adjustment range of between 1.3V and 90V, with a highly accurate output voltage of 1mA in a space-saving SOT-223 package.
The NCV1009D LDOs are suitable for VDD applications in portable electronics. The input range between the regulators can be up to 30V, making them ideal for boosting power from an external battery.
