The NCV33163P is a synchronous constant-frequency current-mode step-down molex connector-packaged DC–DC switch-mode regulator. It features unique FET conduction loss reduction for high efficiency and very low noise, as well as ESD protection and low output ripple. This makes it ideal for powering off battery systems in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications.

The NCV33163P offers wide input voltage range from 6.5V to 30V and an adjustable output voltage up to 12.5V. It also has an adjustable switching frequency of up to 2MHz, which allows for efficient power delivery even when the load varies.

The synchronous step-down regulator model of the NCV33163P switches between two phases when the load changes, thus delivering a more efficient power supply solution.
