The NCV8406ADTRKG is part of a growing range of power management integrated circuits (PMIC) from ON Semiconductor and is specifically a power distribution switch, load driver. This new generation of PMICs provides an efficient solution for the distribution and power switching of loads.
At the heart of the NCV8406ADTRKG are two independent, high-side power switches, which can handle up to 20V and 3A (with junction temperatures as high as 150°C) as well as two high-current low-side load switches. The load switches can handle up to 25V and 3A and have a maximum on-state resistance of 75 mOhms.
