NCV8152MX280180TCG is a low power positive LDO (Low Drop Out) voltage regulator with integrated circuit protection. It is a member of the family of NCV8XXX series linear voltage regulators. This device can supply up to 180mA with an input voltage range from 2.8V to 5.5V, and output voltage range from 0.8V to V IN – 0.5V. It is available in lead-free Reduced Green Package (RGP) and features an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. Offers an ultra-low dropout voltage (typical 0.2V @ 180mA) and exceptional power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 65dB @ 1kHz.
The NCV8152MX280180TCG voltage regulator can be used in a variety of applications such as portable communications, instrumentation and test, consumer and automotive electronics, medical, handheld and industrial applications.
