The NTB0102DP,125 is an advanced logic level translator. ARRAY helps customers extend battery life, reduce board space and improve signal integrity. With their ultra-low Vcc_IO (1.4V or 1.2V) and ultra-low Gate Threshold voltage range (0.4V or 0.8V) from 0.4 to 2.0V, NTB0102DP,125 is especially great for battery operated devices.

NTB0102DP,125 features a Bi-directional level shifter as many standard logic translators. The Pull-down resistors on the B and F logic pins can also be configured per customer needs. In this arrangement, A and B logic input voltage levels are shifted to F and G logic levels and vice versa.

Application of the NTB0102DP,125

NTB0102DP,125 can be used to bridge voltage-level shift between different signal voltages. It is suitable for applications in battery operated devices, long distance signal transmission, consumer electronics and industrial equipment. NTB0102DP,125 has a wide range of voltage compatibility and is best used for low-voltage, low-power device applications.

Working Principle of the NTB0102DP,125

NTB0102DP,125 consists of two main parts, the main logic level translator and the secondary Logic Level Translator. The main logic level translator works as a voltage bridging device between two different logic levels and has two high-level inputs and two low-level inputs. It can also be used as an open-collector logic switch. The secondary logic level translator works as an in-line buffer and is responsible for voltage sensitivity and signal relay.

When the signals A and B input to the NTB0102DP,125, they first pass through the main logic translator and the outputs F and G will be the same as their logic state. The output of the main logic translator then passes through the secondary logic translator, whose outputs E and H will be the same as F and G\'s logic states. The main logic translator will also output the voltage data between the two logic states and the secondary logic translator will shift it for the output of the data in the required voltage range.
