The PCF85063TP/1Z features a wide range of features that make it ideal for a variety of applications, including high accuracy accuracy for timing and clock applications, a premium quality oscillator for low power dissipation, a voltage range of 2.3 V to 5.5 V, and a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The device also offers an eight byte battery powered RAM with date and time stored at the time of power-down. Furthermore, the device offers an “ultra-low power” operating mode, which enables it to draw only 150 nA, reducing overall power consumption of the system.
