PI90LV047ALEX devices are high-performance interface drivers, receivers and transceivers that are used in high-speed differential signaling applications. The devices provide EMI and impedance acceptance features, in addition to providing very low power consumption. They have an operating voltage range of 1.2 to 4.5 volts and a maximum frequency range of up to 5 GHz.
