PZT2222A/ZLX

The PZT2222A/ZLX is a dual, NPN, silicon junction transistor with many applications. It is classified as a single bipolar junction transistor, or BJT. The PZT2222A/ZLX is typically used as a switch, amplifier, voltage regulator, or other circuit component.

This amplification is directly proportional to the ratio of the emitter area to the depletion zone. The larger the emitter area compared to the depletion zone, the higher the current amplification.

The PZT2222A/ZLX can be used as an amplifier, voltage regulator or switch in many circuit applications. As an amplifier, the PZT2222A/ZLX can be used to amplify a signal or provide gain for a system.
