The QS4A105QG is a field effect transistor (FET) based 4-port Analogue Switch which is rated from +10 to -5 Volts and is capable of operating at frequencies up to 10 GHz for RF signal routing applications.
The QS4A105QG uses an independent gate terminal to supply a control signal which controls the switching operation of the four ports. The switch incorporates two independent single pole, double throw (SPDT) analogue switches, each with their own control terminal. This diode feature is beneficial in situations where a negative voltage or current occurs at the ON state, up to a maximum voltage of 0.4V for the entire switching cycle.
