The RT8120DGSP is a DC/DC converter step-down controller from Realtek Semiconductor Corporation. It is a highly integrated and low cost switching controller designed specifically for the synchronous buck converter variable input voltage and output current applications. It is designed to provide 1MHz to 9MHz switching frequency, providing high efficiency, higher power and improved transient response, while maintaining high efficiency and low output ripple.
