S8512G, as an integrated modulation system, is suitable for applications in land transportation, wireless communication systems, signal testing, and wireless data transmission. It supports various modulation of Long Term Evolution (LTE) standard, including QPSPD, QAM, OFDM, etc.Its working principle can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the modulator receives the information bits from upper-layer and processes them accordingly. The data is then sent to the encoder where error correction codes are generated and encoded information bits are output. Finally, the modulated signal is transmitted to the antenna for wireless communication.In the transmission process of S8512G, the modulation signal is generated from the encoder and modulator according to the parameters like frequency, phase, and power. The modulation signal is then amplified by the transmitter before it is transmitted to the antenna, where both the encoding and modulation processes are repeated for a better signal.Furthermore, the S8512G’s capabilities also lie in its reliable error correction schemes. The error correction schemes of the S8512G adopts two layers of coding; convolutional coding for the outer layer and Reed–Solomon coding for the inner layer.
