S9S08DV16F2MLC is an 8-bit high-performance Flash microcontroller designed for embedded applications. This microcontroller has many small footprint and low power options, making it ideal for embedded applications such as lighting, HVAC, automotive and communication systems. This powerful microcontroller contains an 8-bit enhanced interrupt controller, 10-bit converter, many I/O devices, a serial communications interface, a data congestion control, and a watchdog timer. Additionally, this tiny chip includes pre-charged and non-pre-charged flash memory, with the option to enable program encryption for improved security.The S9S08DV16F2MLC is a versatile microcontroller that can be used in a number of applications, including motor control, counter/timers, and other embedded systems. The integrated high-performance 8-bit HCS08 CPU provides fast, efficient execution of instructions. The device includes 128kB of flash memory and 4kB of RAM to provide ample program memory and data memory.
