The S9S08DZ32F2MLC microcontroller (MCU) is a powerful 8-bit MCU core equipped with an Embedded Enhanced Digital Variable Frequency Peripheral Interface (DVF-P), the Freescale S08 series core, and the peripheral set of the S9S08DZ32 series. The DVF-P offers flexibility and improved compatibility of high-speed Peripherals to work with MCU clocks of different speeds. The S9S08DZ32F2MLC MCU also supports up to 32KB Flash memory and up to 1kB SRAM.
