Transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes are designed to protect sensitive circuitry from damage due to excessive electrical transients induced externally or generated internally. The SA160AHR0G is a unidirectional, 600W (10/1000μs) ultra low capacitance diode that is handy for protecting voltage boundaries and relays from fast energizing or heavy inrush current even in microsecond time domain. It provides high inrush current handling capabilities while minimizing voltage clamping levels and works against the voltage spikes, malfunction, surges and inductive switching transients.
The application fields of SA160AHR0G is widely embraced in numerous industries and fields.
