The SA160CAHR0G is a general-purpose bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients in automotive, industrial, consumer, telecom, and medical applications. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic systems circuit boards against overvoltages, and other voltage transients that could occur due to inductive switching load, ESD (electrostatic discharge) or induced lightning.
