Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) diode devices are passive two terminal devices consisting of two or more diodes used to protect vulnerable ICs, components and other solid state devices from over-voltage transients. The SA58A A0G TVS diode device is a bidirectional dual-channel Transient Voltage Suppressor which offers superior electrical characteristics. It can easily withstand instantaneous voltage surge conditions beyond a high voltage rating.

The SA58A A0G is a great option for applications such as data lines, automotive, communications and other high-speed circuits. The SA58A A0G is designed to offer superior electrical characteristics for both power and data lines. It is highly reliable, making it suitable for a variety of high-speed applications.
