The device also incorporates a peak-current-mode PWM controller with a wide operating frequency range, adjustable peak current limit and dead-time control, and a low-voltage differential switch with a programmable dead-time and output turn-on voltage.The SC4808BIMSTRT IC is packaged in a space-saving 5x5mm QFN package and is fully RoHS compliant. This device is available in versions with either an adjustable or fixed output voltage range and supports a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 16V.
