Motion sensors are essential components at the core of a wide check of applications, which range from industrial automation to interactive gaming. The SCA3300-D01-1 is a digital triaxial acceleration sensor designed for various industrial and consumer applications. These three beads located within the sensing element are moved in response to the applied acceleration, resulting in minute displacements of the mass with respect to the frame. Then, these small displacements are measured using the electrode and transimpedance amplifier systems integrated into its interior. This in turn produces an electrical signal that is sent to the on-chip Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for digital output.
The SCA3300-D01-1 is ideal for a variety of applications, from movement monitoring to medical treatments. It is typically used in automotive systems, such as chassis systems and airbags.
