Diodes - Rectifiers - Single

Working Principle
The working principle of the SF4001-TR is based on the diode properties of allowing the current to flow in one direction while blocking the flow in the opposite direction. Inside the SF4001-TR, there are four diodes connected in an arrangement known as a full-wave bridge rectifier. When the AC voltage is applied to the diodes, it passes through the diodes and is converted into DC for use in the application. This is done by reversing the half-cycles of the AC voltage and producing a unidirectional current.
When the diode is forward-biased, the SF4001-TR is able to conduct current, and the current flow is controlled by the load resistance (RL). In addition, the SF4001-TR is also able to rectify radio-frequency (RF) signals, allowing the power level to be limited to the saturation voltage of the diode.
