The SI5335B-B05653-GM is a high-performance, integrated clock generator featuring 66 selectable different frequency outputs for numerous application fields. It is ideal for clock generation and clock recovery needs in wireless infrastructure, back-plane, digital and video applications.

The SI5335B-B05653-GM clock generator offers a variety of output combinations in many frequencies, ranging from 10 kHz to 750 MHz. It is offered in a tiny 3x3 mm QFN package, making it the right choice for compact applications, such as SoC designs, portable and wearable devices, automotive, and embedded or industrial applications. The flexible and cost-effective solution can handle a wide voltage range (1.8 V to 5.5 V).

The SI5335B-B05653-GM is a highly integrated clock source, providing a single reference crystal or a single reference voltage source to generate multiple, low-jitter clock outputs, eliminating the need for dedicated clock sources. Its core features include an integrated, low-phase-noise voltage-controlled oscillator (VCXO), clock multiplier, jitter attenuator, fan-out buffer, dual loop PLL and multiple dividers. This allows the device to realize frequency changes with minimal jitter on the output.

The dual-loop PLL mechanism in the SI5335B-B05653-GM makes it possible to quickly switch between two different frequencies in a predefined range of frequencies with low latency. This helps to reduce long settle times associated with other clock generators and reduce timing skews. The dual loop PLL also helps to compensate the jitter in noisy or high-frequency signals.
