The SI5335C-B02466-GMR is a clock, timing and frequency synthesizer from Silicon Labs that offers both machine to machine I2C/SMBus and device to device SPI/UART programmability. With the integrated Fractional-N PLL, the device can generate any frequency up to the maximum internal VCO frequency of 2.9 GHz with a high degree of precision and accuracy. This allows for applications requiring a very low jitter and glitchless Clock or a high accuracy frequency output in various timing or frequency synthesizing applications.

Using the SI5335C-B02466-GMR as a clock generator, it is capable of generating one input clock ranging from 1 Hz to 2.9 GHz. All support reference clock sources are CMOS compatible and this device is also programmable to support differential LVDS, LVPECL and HCSL inputs. Outputs can be configured for either single-ended LVCMOS or differential LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL configurations. The device is available in a 24-pin TSSOP package.

The SI5335C-B02466-GMR also provides a wide range of output frequencies up to 2.9 GHz and supports four output frequencies per device, with outputs enabled and disabled through software. All outputs can be independently programmed, allowing for a variety of output frequency configuration possibilities.
