The SI5335C-B07841-GM is a clock generator and programmable fanout buffer device from SiTime, ideal for applications such as data communications and signal processing.

The SI5335C-B07841-GM is a high-performance synthesizer and clock generator with wide-frequency range from 6 to 393 MHz. The Real-Time Clock module generates an accurate real-time clock with a sub-50 ps accuracy. It provides 19 reference inputs (10 LVCMOS/LVTTL, 4 differential LVPECL, 4 HCSL, 1 differential SMA), 21 differential outputs (12 LVPECL, 4 LVDS/LVPECL, 4 HCSL, 1 differential SMA). The device supports a wide range of spread spectrum frequencies and includes programmable frequency synthesizer and on-chip VCXO. It also includes an integrated PLL, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), reference divider, loop filter, VCO spread control, DC offset compensation, and a spread spectrum control circuit.

The SI5335C-B07841-GM is a versatile, programmable fanout buffer for a variety of applications. It has two selectable fanout modes, buffered and unbuffered mode, which offer different performance characteristics. In unbuffered mode, the chip is designed to minimize jitter, skew, and power use. Buffered mode is designed to improve system performance while increasing jitter and skew, as well as power consumption. The fanout buffer supports a wide range of 1, 2, and 3.3V input levels.
