The SI5335D-B05170-GM is a highly integrated, low-jitter clock generator and frequency synthesizer. It features three PLLs, each of which consists of a VCO, phase detector, charge pump, divide by P circuit, and an optional feedback divide by R circuit. The three PLLs are locked and maintained using dedicated phase-lock loops.The device utilizes an integrated 48-bit phase accumulator and digital dividers, providing an adjustable output frequency range from 10 kHz to 264 MHz. The device offers programmable clock generator options such as output frequency and phase setting, duty cycle setting, and output skew. Additionally, the device offers multiple output options, such as LVCMOS, LVDS, and Sub-LVDS.The device also offers integrated Jitter attenuating circuits and adjustable output jitter as low as 150 fs RMS, guaranteeing tight synthesizer accuracy. Additionally, a programmable Input Frequency Alignment (IFA) circuit ensures precise operation of the device under varying input frequencies.
