The output signals are generated based on multipliers, dividers, and/or phase-shifters configured in-line with the integrated oscillator. These devices can be cascaded to generate frequencies up to and above 3.3 GHz.

The SI5350A-B05598-GT features a low Phase Noise (jitter) mode, which allows it to generate signals with exceptionally low jitter. It also features a “blank” mode, which prevents the generation of spurious signals, allowing the device to operate accurately and reliably in noisy environments. In addition, the device offers selectable fast or slow start-up modes, allowing the device to quickly settle into correct output frequencies.

The SI5350A-B05598-GT is available in a space-saving 16-pin LQFP package, and is specified over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C, ensuring reliable long-term operation. This makes the device ideal for applications requiring reliable and cost-effective clock and/or reference signals.
