The SI5365-B-GQ is a highly integrated clock generator or phase-locked loop (PLL) device for timing, clocking, and frequency synthesis applications. The SI5365-B-GQ is a solderable version of the SI5365-D-GQ that is available in a 4.2 x 3.2 mm QFN or MLF package.

The SI5365-B-GQ is suited for applications including Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps), Fibre Channel, SONET, and Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) and is functionally compatible with other SI5005/SI5007 and circuit components. The SI5365-B-GQ contains a pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage control oscillator (VCO) that enables the generation of multiple frequencies.
