The SI5369A-C-GQR devices are advanced clock generators, PLLs, and frequency synthesizers built upon Silicon Labs’ industry-leading low-power mixed-signal platform. The SI5369A-C-GQR can generate up to nine independent output signals with an output frequency range from 800 Hz to 500 MHz, and can accept an external reference frequency range of 1 kHz to 200 MHz. The PLLs feature an integrated oscillator and are further enhanced by the unique combination of input frequency multiplication and prescaler control schemes to facilitate clock output frequency programming.
The SI5369A-C-GQR can be configured with various input and output formats and drive conditions to support nearly any application. The user can easily download and program the device using the powerful development software platform and powerful integrated DSP core.
The SI5369A-C-GQR can also offer additional features such as Clock State Zero Free Run, Clock Integrity, Clock Skew Adjust, Clock Trim and Adjust, and Output Clock Sequence. The integrated clock/timing management module can be controlled by an SPI, allowing the user to quickly customize the device and adjust the timing parameters to compensate for process, voltage variation and temperature.
