SI9110DY-E3 is an advanced DC-DC switching controller designed for high power distributed power system applications. It is a single- chip PMIC (Power Management IC) designed for regulating the voltage for distributed power systems, such as power over Ethernet (PoE) and Point of Load (PoL) applications. It supports up to 40V input voltage, up to 95V output voltage, and up to 95W output power. The SI9110DY-E3 is optimized for fast transient response and low output noise, and offers an integrated switching power management system with ultra-low propagation delay and noise-free operation. The output is then regulated to a set voltage via a switching element. This patented ZCT (Zero-Crossover Tracking) technique minimizes EMI, reduces noise, and minimizes switching transients. The integrated voltage regulator and pulse-width modulation (PWM) stage provide a smooth response to input voltage variations and accurately regulates the output voltage over a wide range of load conditions. In addition, the integrated jitter filtering and over-voltage protection reduce variation in the output voltage and prevent overshoots and undershoots.

The SI9110DY-E3 is a perfect fit for highly integrated systems requiring regulation of multiple power rails and low output voltage regulation noise.
