The SIM3L144-C-GM is an ARM Cortex-M3 processor-based microcontroller designed for industrial and consumer applications. The SIM3L144-C-GM is designed for applications such as automotive body electronic control, medical and healthcare, industrial automation, building and home automation, metering and security, and digital power and energy management. The SIM3L144-C-GM features an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, up to 224 KB embedded flash memory, 16 KB SRAM, two serial interfaces (USB and I2C), five general-purpose I/O pins, and 16 channel 10-bit A/D converter. The SIM3L144-C-GM is suitable for a variety of applications, such as motor control, sensor interfaces, data logging, and low-power IoT applications.
The ARM Cortex-M3 processor is the brain behind the SIM3L144-C-GM and provides the instruction set and performance features needed to get the most out of the microcontroller.
