SK320ATR is a stdium-base diode, with a forward voltage drop of 0.6V, a peak reverse voltage rating of 320V, and a forward current rating of 3A. It is constructed from gold-doped silicon. The diode is encapsulated in a TO-205AD package which provides effective thermal dissipation.
