SK330M050ST Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor

The SK330M050ST aluminum electrolytic capacitor is one of the most widely used AECs. 100% reliability is guaranteed under 57°C and rated ripple current in 105°C. It has a long life with a Capacitance range in 25V -63V. It is applicable for most general application of smoothing and filter, such as optical drive, power supply of Motherboard and other high reliality industry.

Working Principle

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are comprised of two plates separated by a dielectric oxide film. The two electrodes are separated by the dielectric oxide layer, usually produced by forming a layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of the aluminum Anode in acidic solution. As current flows across the electrolytic, a positive charge accumulates on the positively charged Aluminum anode. When the capacitor is discharged, electrons flow back and forward through the capacitor, alternating between the two electrodes. This produces an alternating current that is used to charge and discharge the capacitor.
