  • Introduction: SKY65346-11, widely known as the Sky-LPA-HPA, is a high performance RF Front End module designed by SkyCross. It integrates LNA/PA stages and features Tx/RX switch for diversity services. This module is well designed for infrastructure and terminal applications for sub-6GHz frequency bands, covering 5G NR.
  • Application Field:
    • SKY65346-11 is the ideal solution for sub-6GHz application field such as 5G NR, wifi,WiMAX,LTE,CATV,GSM,GPS,Bluetooth and other mobile communication field.
    • It integrates high linearity SkyCross PA with state-of-the-art filtering technology and new generation SkyCross LNA. The combination of these features enhance the reliability and radio coverage.
    • The Sky-LPA-HPA module supports up to 5W of output power for the terminal and 15W of output power for the base station.
  • Working Principle:
    • The RF input signal is routed to the SkyCross high linearity LNA. The signal is pre-amplified by the LNA and routed to the Tx/RX switch. Depending on the input control pins, the signal is either routed to the High Performance SkyCross PA or through the bypass mode.
    • The SkyCross power amplifier offers high linearity and highly efficient operation in the sub-6GHz frequency range. The efficiency and linearity can be optimized with the use of the proprietary SkyCross power amplifier blocks.
    • The SkyCross LNA is designed for low noise figure as well as high gain. The noise figure of the LNA is typically below 3 dB at 2.4 GHz and below 5dB at 5 GHz.
